&lt;p&gt;Yes, Lensbabies&#039; effects could be photoshopped, but I am not sure how to get that specific effect... the smearing/blur increases in intensity as you go outward. Plus, there&#039;s something fun about &quot;seeing&quot; the effect with the camera as you&#039;re taking the photo.&lt;/p&gt;
