"Biberfan" has been writing online about music since 1997. The treatment of the image above, The Flute Concert of Sanssouci by Adolph Menzel, has been treated with a "Hyperdither" algorithm first developed for representing grayscale graphics on the Macintosh by Bill Atkinson. I have used it here to pay homage to my lifelong duplicity of interests in baroque music and Apple technology.
